We’re excited to introduce you to the Fox Fuel customer portal, your gateway to convenient online account management. With just a few simple steps, you’ll be able to access a range of features designed to streamline your fuel management experience. Let’s get started!

Step 1: Accessing the Portal To begin, please visit our website at foxfuel.com and click on “LOG INTO OUR PORTAL” on the homepage. Alternatively, you can directly access the portal by going to https://myfuelaccount.com/foxfuel.

Step 2: Signing Up Once you’ve reached the login page for the customer portal, Assuming you already have an account with Fox Fuel (the area indicated by the red box on the right-hand side.) look for the section that says “Are you already a customer but have never created an online account?” Click on the “Sign Up” button to proceed. If you do not have an account with Fox Fuel look for the section that says “Would you like to become a customer? Click below to get started.” And click the “Become a Customer” button and then follow the directions on the screen from there.

Step 3: Providing Your Information To complete the sign-up process, you’ll need to enter the following information exactly as shown on your invoice or previous delivery ticket:

• Last Name: Enter your last name exactly as it is displayed.
  
• Account Number: Your unique account number.
  
• Email Address: Provide a valid email address for communication purposes.
  
• Password: Create a password that meets the following requirements:
  
  • At least 12 characters long
    
  • Does not share 3 or more consecutive characters from your username, first name, or last name
    
  • Contains at least three of the following:
    

    At least one uppercase letter
    

    At least one lowercase letter
    

    At least one digit from 0-9
    

    At least one special character
    

Step 4: Agreeing to the New Customer Registration Policy Please take a moment to read through the New Customer Registration Policy. Once you have reviewed it, check the box next to “I agree to the New Customer Registration Policy” to indicate your acceptance.

Step 5: Finalizing the Enrollment Once all the required information has been entered, and you have agreed to the New Customer Registration Policy, click the “Sign Up” button located at the bottom right of the page.

Congratulations! You have successfully enrolled in the Fox Fuel customer portal. You now have access to a variety of features that will enhance your fuel management experience.
